Shipping

Shipping Policy

Each piece is hand made to order and every attempt will be made to process and ship your order within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note, order modifications cannot be made after the order has been placed. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Deliveries for some items are longer than usual due to circumstances outside of our control for example high volume of orders or postal service problems. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

 

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thedyeverse@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
