Returns and Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy

At The Dyeverse each piece is made to order and hand crafted in Canada. We do not hold stock and as such we only allow for store credit or exchanges.

 

You may return /exchange any item purchased within 14 days of the delivery date, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will offer a store credit for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see the below guidelines:

  • Contact us at support@thedyeverse.ca to notify us of your desire to return your item.

  • Please include your order number and clearly state reasons for returning your item and we will respond with all necessary information to process your return. Items sent back to us without notifying us first will not be accepted. 

  • Please ensure the merchandise is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping costs / duties associated with the return of your item(s or for any lost or damaged item.

  • We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the Product and will be liable for any damage to them until we actually receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us.

  • Once the package arrives at our warehouse please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

  • Please note that we do not cover the costs associated with the return of your item, thus any refund via store credit due to you would not be inclusive of the return shipping fees

  • All Sale Discounts are Final Sale – No Returns Accepted

  • Custom orders and pieces with custom sizing cannot be returned or exchanged

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@thedyeverse.ca if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. While each situation is unique we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
