Each piece is hand crafted in Canada. We hold limited stock and as such we only allow for store credit or exchanges.

You may return /exchange any item purchased within 14 days of the delivery date, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will offer a store credit for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see the below guidelines:

• Contact us at thedyeverse@gmail.com to notify us of your desire to return your item.
• Please include your order number and clearly state reasons for returning your item and we will respond with all necessary information to process your return. Items sent back to us without notifying us first will not be accepted.
• Please ensure the merchandise is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping costs / duties associated with the return of your item(s or for any lost or damaged item.
• We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the Product and will be liable for any damage to them until we actually receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us.
• Once the package arrives at our warehouse please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
• Please note that we do not cover the costs associated with the return of your item, thus any refund via store credit due to you would not be inclusive of the return shipping fees
• All Sale Discounts are Final Sale – No Returns Accepted
• Custom orders and pieces with custom sizing cannot be returned or exchanged

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at thedyeverse@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. While each situation is unique we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please note, order modifications cannot be made after the order has been placed. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Deliveries for some items are longer than usual due to circumstances outside of our control for example high volume of orders or postal service problems.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for delivery. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Please note any delays at customs once the package has reached the destination country are not under our control.

Import Duties, Taxes & Other Fees

Please note that shipping charges are not inclusive of taxes or import duties. You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

We are unable to advise or predict the amount, so please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order, as all shipments must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thedyeverse@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

All our garments are made by hand with love using slow sustainable techniques. Therefore to ensure the integrity of the environment as well as the garment we recommend keeping this item out of direct sunlight, and washing only when necessary. When washing is required we suggest washing on a delicate cycle with cold water in a laundry bag if hand washing / dry cleaning is not realistic for you.
